Job summary

CESO, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinating with owners, general contractors, engineers, and vendors to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

This hybrid role supports flexible schedules across Dayton, OH and other locations. You will review plans, lead meetings, monitor safety, and ensure compliance with all regulations while driving project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; 4+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Alternatively, 10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Deltek, Newforma, and SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support achievement of project objectives.
• Lead weekly project meetings and document outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, codes, and standards by inspecting work.
• Inspect on-site progress and manage punch-list items.
• Communicate cost and schedule impacts to leadership and clients.
