Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinating with owners, engineers, vendors, and client departments.

You will ensure work aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations, while leading safety and compliance efforts. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or 10+ years of related experience) and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field; minimum 4 years Directly managing projects in design/construction preferred.
• Or 10 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support project objectives.
• Conduct detailed reviews of vendor proposals and awards with client.
• Oversee start-up activities and on-site construction progress.
• Lead weekly project meetings and ensure schedule adherence.
• Ensure contract terms and specifications are met; inspect work regularly.
• Review monthly pay applications for accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate issues including cost and schedule impacts to leadership and clients.
