Job summary

CESO, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects for diverse clients, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment. You will coordinate with owners, engineers, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes.

The role requires reviewing documentation, leading start-up activities, conducting on-site progress checks, and enforcing safety and compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering; 4+ years managing design/construction projects preferred.
• Or 10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Deltek, Newforma, and SmartSheet.
• Willing to travel up to 50% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support objectives.
• Conduct vendor proposal reviews with the client after negotiations.
• Follow standards for project reporting and documentation.
• Lead project start-up activities and site progress reviews.
• Schedule and document weekly construction meetings.
