Qualifications

• 5–7 years of construction (or commercial) litigation experience.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions.
• Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations.
• Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.
• Superior academic credentials and strong writing skills.
• Indiana licensure or ability to timely obtain licensure.
