The Denver , Colorado office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate. The firm offers a hybrid work environment with a robust benefits package and a strong commitment to diversity.

Compensation ranges from $205,000 to $235,000 annually, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Qualified candidates have 5–7 years of construction or commercial litigation experience, strong writing skills, and Indiana licensure or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of construction (or commercial) litigation experience
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
• Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations
• Familiarity with the construction industry preferred
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Indiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure
