Essenti Talent is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join the Construction Litigation Practice in Tampa, FL. The role offers hybrid work and exposure to high-stakes disputes for a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate is a Florida-licensed attorney with 4–5 years of substantive general litigation experience focusing on construction matters, strong drafting and discovery skills, and a client-service mindset.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 4–5 years of substantive general litigation experience, with a focus on construction litigation.
• Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Experience handling discovery processes and depositions.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-service mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related litigation.
• Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
