The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, Florida bar admission, 4–5 years of substantive litigation experience in construction, and strong drafting, discovery, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 4–5 years of substantive general litigation experience, focusing on construction litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Experience handling discovery processes and depositions.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a client-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defects, and delays.
• Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategy.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective strategies.
• Work with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
