This AmLaw 200 client offers a hybrid schedule and a chance to handle substantive construction disputes within a growing Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, Florida bar in good standing, 4–5 years of general litigation experience focusing on construction, along with strong drafting, discovery, and client-service skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 4–5 years of substantive general litigation experience with a focus on construction litigation.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes and defect claims.
• Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
