Our client, Talent Solutions Partners, a prominent AmLaw 200 law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice in Tampa. The position targets a mid-level attorney with 4–5 years of substantive general litigation experience and a focus on construction disputes.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active Florida Bar admission, strong legal writing, and excellent analytical and client-service skills.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 4–5 years of substantive general litigation experience with a focus on construction.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Experience handling discovery and depositions.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related litigation
• Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
