Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Corporate Construction Project Management Analyst to drive reporting, analytics, and SOPs across the project portfolio. You will build dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and Airtable, and leverage AI tools to surface insights for leadership.

Hybrid role, 3 days/week in Bellevue, WA (Overland Park, KS also considered). You will collaborate with Business Operations and ensure data quality and process improvements across Procore and related systems.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required with 2–4 years in reporting, data analysis, business operations, or project coordination support.
• Expertise in Excel required; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills and ability to present to management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI, Excel, and Airtable dashboards to track project KPIs, spend, and schedule performance.
• Perform data analysis and QA on project data across Procore, Airtable, and Excel.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and insights to support leadership decisions.
• Document and maintain SOPs for the Construction Project Management team.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Administer and maintain project tools (Procore, Airtable, Smartsheet) and user setup.
