Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Data & Dashboards Specialist (Power BI) to transform messy AEC data into clear, action-oriented dashboards for our data center portfolio. You will connect to ACC/CDEs, Revit outputs, and scheduling/financial data to deliver insightful visuals from design through closeout.

Work within the Digital Delivery/BIM team across multiple sites, collaborating with BIM managers, project managers, and automation/AI specialists. Hybrid work and U.S. based offices supported.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Power BI dashboards, with data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with AEC / BIM / construction data (ACC/CDEs, Revit schedules).
• Experience integrating scheduling or procurement data (P6, Unifier, Hexagon).
• Ability to work with APIs or ETL tools to connect systems to Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; handle imperfect data.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards for design, construction, and closeout data across multi-site portfolio.
• Create construction administration dashboards tracking submittals, RFIs, daily reports, and KPIs.
• Translate stakeholder questions into visuals, metrics, and layouts to support decisions.
• Collaborate with BIM, construction, and automation teams; iterate dashboards with feedback.
• Develop standard dashboard templates and maintain data models and DAX measures.
