Job summary

ComTec Information Systems (IT) seeks an experienced IT PMO Analyst to support a portfolio of IT projects and programs. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and consolidating project data into portfolio KPIs, dashboards, reports, forecasts, and executive-level insights.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, use Excel for data analysis, and prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio reports for PMO leadership and executives. Hybrid work arrangement in New Orleans and The Woodlands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT PMO/PMO related roles.
• Experience in large-scale IT project/program management environments.
• Strong experience developing portfolio KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Tableau experience may be considered where candidate has equivalent dashboard/reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain portfolio-level KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports for project and portfolio performance.
• Consolidate project data into executive-ready portfolio summaries.
• Track portfolio health across schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare recurring monthly and quarterly portfolio reporting and forecasts.
