Primoris Energy Services seeks a Construction Analytics, Data & Power BI Manager to develop and govern analytics and dashboards for project execution and leadership decisions. You will transform field, project, and corporate data into insights on cost, schedule, productivity, and performance, collaborating across Operations, Project Controls, Finance, and leadership.

In this role, you will design scalable Power BI models, ensure data quality, and enable self-service analytics while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in construction analytics, project controls, or data analytics.
• Advanced Power BI skills with data modeling and dashboards.
• Strong grasp of construction execution and field data workflows.
• Experience with EcoSys, Viewpoint, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Ability to translate operational questions into actionable analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage construction analytics and reporting across divisions.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for project performance and leadership insights.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable information for teams.
• Ensure analytics focus on execution performance and data quality.
• Govern data definitions, standards, and governance across projects.
