Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a data-driven analyst to join the Corporate Construction Project Management team. You will build dashboards in Power BI, manage data across Procore and Airtable, and deliver actionable insights to leadership in a cross-functional setting.

This hybrid role is based in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS, requiring 3 days in the office. A strong background in Excel and experience with AI-enabled analysis will help accelerate reporting across the project portfolio.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required with 2–4 years in reporting, data analysis or project coordination.
• Expertise in Excel; strong PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Ability to build dashboards/reports and translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards/reports in Power BI, Excel, and Airtable.
• Analyze project data across Procore, Airtable and Excel for accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support leadership and decisions.
• Document SOPs and maintain project management processes.
• Administer project tools (Procore, Airtable, Smartsheet) and train users.
• Support Business Operations Manager and provide coverage during PTO.
