Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service, financial services, or member-facing roles.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and shift priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with online or digital banking channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality member service face-to-face, via video, phone, and digital chat.
• Assist members with routine account maintenance and service requests.
• Open memberships and explain available products and services.
• Process transactions including stop payments, check orders, account updates, and wires.
• Support operations across multiple branch locations based on staffing needs.
• Utilize ITM technology to assist members efficiently.
• Refer members to specialized staff for additional financial solutions as appropriate.
• Stay informed on products, procedures, compliance, and service standards.
