Job summary

Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Float Concierge Banker to support both branch networks and the Virtual Banking Center. You will provide member service in person and remotely across multiple locations, adapting to changing business needs while delivering a high-quality experience each day.

Starting pay is $17.80 per hour. This full-time role offers diverse responsibilities, including facilitating ITM interactions and guiding members through products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or a member-facing environment.
• Ability to adapt to different work locations and priorities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Self-directed work style with ability to work independently.
• Call center, digital banking, or virtual service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work at various branch locations as assigned.
• Availability Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and rotating Saturdays 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional member service through face-to-face interactions, video banking, telephone, and digital chat platforms.
• Assist members with everyday account maintenance and service requests.
• Open memberships and help members understand available products and services.
• Process transactions and service requests, including stop payments, check orders, account updates, and wire transfers.
• Support operations in multiple branch locations based on staffing and business demands.
• Utilize Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) technology to provide efficient member assistance.
• Identify opportunities to connect members with additional financial solutions and refer them to specialized banking staff when appropriate.
• Stay current on credit union products, procedures, compliance requirements, and service standards.
• Contribute to a positive member experience.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
