NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Compliance Operations Manager to support data compliance and governance across Business and Technology teams. You will help develop strategies, implement controls, and drive regulatory alignment in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, policy adherence, and metrics reporting, with opportunities to influence enterprise-wide programs and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, risk management, technology, law or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance operations, risk management, governance, regulatory compliance, program management, or related discipline.
• Experience translating regulatory or policy requirements into operational processes, controls, and business requirements.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with business, legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enterprise compliance initiatives, including change management, control implementation, policy adherence, and governance programs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Technology, and business teams to operationalize regulatory requirements.
• Develop procedures, governance frameworks, and control inventories.
• Document risks, issues, and track actions to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document decisions.
• Establish program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Support audits, attestations, and evidence collection across environments.
• Conduct sessions with business and technical stakeholders and follow up as needed.
• Research emerging regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with strategic projects and business case development.
• Evaluate enhancement requests considering risk, value, and ROI.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and technology partners.
