Job summary

The incumbent will verify data integrity, coordinate testing, and develop processes to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Limited remote work is allowed up to one day per week at the supervisor's discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• One year of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment, graduation, and compliance reporting to the National Student Clearinghouse with timely submissions.
• Analyze and validate student data in Banner and related systems to ensure reporting accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support Degree Works by reviewing petitions and exceptions and assisting with degree audits and policy applications.
• Assist the Registrar Office with special projects, documentation, and quality checks related to compliance reporting.
