The Systems Analyst, Compliance Reporting provides technical andanalytical support to ensure the accuracy, integrity, andcompliance of student enrollment and graduation data reported bythe Office of the Registrar. The incumbent serves as the primaryadministrator for National Student Clearinghouse (NSCH) enrollmentand degree reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions inaccordance with federal, state, and institutional reportingrequirements.
This position serves as a liaison between the Registrar's Officeand IT on matters related to compliance reporting, Banner StudentSystem functionality, and reporting enhancements. The SystemsAnalyst examines student data, investigates reportingdiscrepancies, coordinates system testing, and develops processesto enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and operationalefficiency. The position also provides secondary functional supportfor Degree Works and the Degrees Team by assisting with degreeaudit reviews, approved academic exceptions, audit-relatedinquiries, and the resolution of student record and degree auditissues.
Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: One year of experience is required.
