Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University seeks an Analyst, Compliance Reporting on a full-time basis at Richmond Campus. The role administers NSCH enrollment/degree reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state requirements.

As liaison to IT and the Registrar's Office, you will improve data quality, test reporting, and support Degree Works audits while handling petitions and exceptions. Limited remote work allowed up to one day weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• One year of experience is required.
• FLSA Exempt status applies.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment, graduation, and NSCH reporting with timely, accurate submissions.
• Audit and validate student data in Banner and related systems; resolve discrepancies.
• Provide Degree Works support by reviewing petitions and advising on audits.
• Support special projects and policy development for the Registrar's Office.
