Job summary

You will work with HRIS/payroll systems, perform equity analyses, and develop dashboards while ensuring compliance with federal/state laws. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, HR, or accounting, advanced Excel skills, and experience with payroll software such as ADP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, HR, accounting or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, modeling).
• Proficiency with HRIS or compensation software; VLOOKUP and pivot tables required.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify performance drivers, trends, and variances.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy; ability to handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
• Clear verbal and written communication for explaining pay details.

Responsibilities

• Compensation analysis: participate in salary surveys, benchmark roles internally and externally.
• Assist with merit increase processes and develop input sheets.
• Data analysis and compliance to ensure pay fairness and legal compliance.
• Analyze payroll data and employee surveys to identify turnover and performance patterns.
• Develop HR dashboards and KPIs to track workforce metrics.
• Provide strategic insights on recruitment effectiveness, engagement and risks.
• Support payroll processing on bi-weekly cycles and benefits billing reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy in payroll filings and prepare payroll reports for finance/HR.
