Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Payroll Analyst for its Global Finance team in Downtown Los Angeles, with hybrid in-office flexibility. You will support payroll processing, coordinate data across offices, and maintain payroll information in budgeting systems to help meet objectives accurately.

The role requires 3+ years of payroll experience, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, and familiarity with PeopleSoft and ADP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Certified Payroll Qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience; 5 years cumulative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing and off-cycle checks/uploads.
• Assist leadership with efficient payroll operations.
• Contribute to projects involving benefits, retirement, and payroll adjustments.
