Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Compensation Analyst to lead enterprise pay analysis for our retail stores and manage monthly/quarterly incentive processes. The role ensures competitive positioning and regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local laws, with a hybrid work model in Bolingbrook, IL.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of compensation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; SuccessFactors experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Compensation or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enterprise pay analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
• Participate in job evaluation for entry/intermediate roles.
• Assist in implementation and administration of compensation policies.
• Gathers and prepares data for compensation surveys throughout the year.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local compensation laws.
• Unit testing of compensation processes and systems.
• Conduct special compensation projects as needed by management.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
