You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and the board, translating market trends into clear recommendations that influence talent decisions and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 20+ years of progressive HR/Compensation experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Ability to set and execute compensation strategies, including salary structures and benchmarking.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking for senior stakeholder guidance.
• Excellent consulting and negotiation skills, with experience guiding leaders on compensation decisions.

Aufgaben

• Strategy Execution: Drive the DTCC compensation strategy aligned with business, talent and governance priorities.
• Program Oversight: Manage annual compensation cycle including job architecture, market data, and governance.
• Client Consultation: Provide compensation guidance to client groups and HR partners on offers and cases.
• Executive Advisory: Advise senior leaders on market trends and organizational implications.
• Board Engagement: Prepare materials and insights for board activities.
• Change Management: Lead compensation communications and change initiatives across the organization.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to governance processes and regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing compensation team.
