What You'll Own

• Strategy Execution: Drive the DTCC compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with business, talent, and governance priorities across the enterprise.
• Program Oversight: Manage the annual compensation cycle, including job architecture, market benchmarking, pay structures, governance, and communications.
• Client Consultation: Provide direct compensation support to designated client groups and HR partners, offering guidance on offers, job evaluations, market data, and complex cases.
• Executive Advisory: Advise senior leaders on compensation strategy, market trends, organizational implications, and high-impact decisions.
• Board Engagement: Prepare materials, insights, and analyses for board-related activities, ensuring alignment with approved frameworks and governance standards.
• Change Management: Lead compensation-related communication and change-management activities to drive understanding and adoption across the organization.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance processes, and regulatory requirements — proactively identifying and mitigating risks through ongoing review and auditing.
• Team Leadership: Build, coach, and empower a high-performing team, fostering accountability and a culture of excellence through effective delegation and executive oversight.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 20+ years of progressive HR/Compensation experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles. A background in multinational or Financial Services environments is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience is required.
• Strategic Design: Demonstrated ability to set and execute compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentives, benchmarking, and job architecture aligned to business priorities.
• Business Acumen: Strong analytical and critical-thinking capability, with the ability to translate complex data into insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Influence & Communication: Exceptional consulting and negotiation skills, backed by a track record of guiding leaders on compensation decisions and leading change-management initiatives.
