Job summary

Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) seeks an Executive Director for Business Compliance to lead the program that maps regulatory requirements to controls, monitors compliance, and reports to boards. The role drives remediation, strategic collaboration with Compliance Risk Assessment and Testing, Regulatory Relations, and business areas.

This hybrid position requires extensive knowledge of CCAS, Reg SCI, and global regulatory frameworks, with leadership across a global organization to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of applicable laws and regulations and resulting controls.
• Monitor new or changing regulations and assess readiness for compliance.
• Develop risk-based evaluation of processes and controls to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support action plans for control enhancements and monitor implementation.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Relations, GCO and business areas during examinations and inquiries.
• Improve DTCC’s response time to address compliance gaps or weaknesses.
• Monitor regulatory trends to anticipate future focus areas.
• Partner with Compliance Risk Assessment and Testing to evaluate controls and metrics.
• Maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and test adherence.
• Communicate program status and risks to Board, Committees and management.
