Job summary

Imperial Brady in North Bergen, NJ is seeking a Contract Compensation Analyst to evaluate total rewards and ensure competitive, equitable pay. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Compensation and combines data analysis with policy application, salary structuring, and market pricing.

You will conduct market surveys, assist with merit and incentive processes, and support executive compensation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
3–5 years of broad-based compensation experience.
Proficiency with compensation market pricing and survey tools (e.g., Salary.com CompAnalyst).

Responsibilities

Conduct competitive compensation analysis to determine salary ranges using market data.
Review salary placements for hires, promotions, and market adjustments with HR Partners and Talent Acquisition.
Perform FLSA exemption testing to ensure wage-hour compliance.
Participate in salary surveys and analyze external data for competitiveness.
Assist with year-end compensation processes including merit and incentives.
Support variable pay design, analysis, payment calculation, and budget modeling.
Assist with executive compensation projects and equity management tools.
