Qualifications

• Ability to balance detail-oriented work with broader strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, support, and administer compensation programs including base pay and incentive plans.
• Develop and maintain pay structures, salary grades, compensation guidelines, and budgeting frameworks.
• Partner with leaders and HR teams to provide guidance on compensation decisions.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations that support business and talent objectives.
• Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark analyses.
