Job summary

The LA Local seeks a Partnerships Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of advertising, sponsorship, and strategic partnership relationships across the Los Angeles area. This hybrid remote/in-person role requires in-person attendance for meetings, events, and trainings while allowing remote work within Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Experience in media sales, sponsorship sales, nonprofit partnerships or related fields.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close revenue-generating partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and cultivate new advertising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities across Los Angeles and Long Beach.
• Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and partnership recommendations.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue goals through new business and account growth.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of partners.
• Coordinate campaign execution across newsletters, website, social media, events, and other products.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
