Job summary

24 Hour Home Care - Corporate Division in Oxnard is seeking a Community Partnerships Manager to drive referral growth and admissions through strategic partnerships with Regional Centers and community partners. You will lead sales strategies, build lasting relationships, and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or growth roles, a Bachelor's degree, and Salesforce CRM experience. Travel is involved; Spanish fluency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, referrals, or growth-focused role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals.
• Spanish fluency preferred; experience with Regional Centers, healthcare, home care, or social services strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral, admissions, and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for assigned Regional Centers and community partners.
• Build and strengthen relationships through presentations, meetings, networking events, and ongoing outreach that increases brand awareness and referral activity.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including service line expansion, community partnerships, and philanthropic initiatives that support organizational growth.
• Partner with Operations and leadership to align sales activity, pipeline management, and market opportunities with operational capacity and business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance, referral trends, and pipeline activity while ensuring compliance with Regional Center, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
