Maternity Care Coalition in Philadelphia is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate all aspects of our community-based trainings and workshops, and will support other administrative and programmatic activities.

The Training Coordinator will support the DLCHW training program, manage schedules, organize logistics (virtual, hybrid, or in-person), and collaborate with the Program Manager to implement evaluation plans and manuals.

Competenze

• One year of demonstrated experience teaching/facilitating group trainings and workshops.
• Trained as a Birth and Postpartum Doula or willingness to receive training within 1 year.
• Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), IBCLC, or willingness to attend CLC training within 1 year.

Mansioni

• Organize and manage all aspects of MCC’s 27-session training program (DLCHW).
• Coordinate outreach for trainings to community members and partner organizations.
• Set schedules for pre-training sessions and training series.
• Organize logistics for trainings (virtual, hybrid, in-person) and materials.
• Attend trainings as facilitator or co-facilitator and document participation.
• Develop and implement evaluation plans and a training manual update cycle.
