Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition, a nonprofit serving PA and DE, seeks a Workforce Development Coordinator to plan and oversee the Doula Mentorship and Professional Development program. You will collaborate with the Program Manager to design activities, recruit mentors and mentees, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, maintaining participant records and payments, and providing technical assistance to mentor pairings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field required.
• Two+ years of program coordination or health services experience.
• Experience with mentoring or workforce development preferred.
• Knowledge of maternal and infant health disparities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Doula Mentorship and Professional Development programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and pair mentors and mentees; support tools and materials.
• Plan events, trainings, and workshops; provide ongoing program support.
• Maintain records of participants, contractors, and payments.
• Coordinate program communications and evaluations.
