Job summary

Maternity Care Coalition, based in Philadelphia, seeks a Workforce Development Coordinator to plan and coordinate the Doula Mentorship and Professional Development program while assisting with administrative tasks. This hybrid role supports the program manager, mentors, and DLCHW network across the Delaware Valley.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in program coordination or related fields; doula training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• Two plus years of experience in program coordination, community health, career services, or human resources.
• Trained as a Birth and Postpartum Doula preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Doula Mentorship Program with recruitment, onboarding, and coordination.
• Plan mentorship events, trainings, meetings, and professional development workshops.
• Maintain detailed records of program participants, contractors, and payments.
• Provide ongoing support to mentor–mentee pairings and monitor progress.
• Assist with funder reports and engage in community and partner communications.
• Represent MCC at community events and support program communications.
