Job summary

Conservation Colorado is seeking a Community Fundraising Manager in Denver to lead strategy, management, and execution of major fundraising events and to grow our small-dollar and monthly donor programs through community-centric fundraising that centers equity and inclusion.

Reporting to the VP of Fundraising, you will oversee Rebel with a Cause and other events, manage donor relationships in Salesforce, and collaborate across teams to maximize impact while advancing our mission for

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of small-dollar and monthly donors with equitable, inclusive practices.
• Ability to lead end-to-end event planning and financial execution.
• Strong collaboration across departments to drive multi-channel donor engagement.
• Experience designing and promoting community-centric fundraising strategies that reflect community priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, management, and execution of major fundraising events including Rebel with a Cause.
• Grow and steward donors under $1,000 and monthly donors using Salesforce and targeted touchpoints.
• Develop conversion and engagement plans to turn one-time donors into recurring supporters.
• Coordinate budgeting, sponsorships, and vendor management for events with cross-department alignment.
