Job summary

Conservation Colorado is seeking a Community Fundraising Manager to develop and manage a comprehensive fundraising plan that broadens support for our small donor program through a community-centric approach focused on equity and inclusion.

Reporting to the VP of Fundraising, you will lead major fundraising events such as Rebel with a Cause, cultivate relationships with donors under $1,000, grow monthly giving, and collaborate across teams to drive donor engagement and retention while advancing

Qualifications

• Experience managing small-dollar and monthly donors with equitable fundraising practices.
• End-to-end event planning and financial execution experience.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and donor engagement skills.
• Experience partnering with community committees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, management, and execution of major fundraising events.
• Grow relationships with donors under $1,000 annually.
• Set revenue goals and maintain donor touchpoints in Salesforce.
• Monitor donor performance and strengthen retention.
• Lead engagement strategies for new members and convert donors.
