Job summary

Conservation Colorado is seeking a Community Fundraising Manager in Denver to lead a comprehensive fundraising plan for our small and monthly donor programs. You will drive engagement, equity-centered practices, and stewardship across events and campaigns.

Reporting to the VP of Fundraising, you will manage Rebel with a Cause and other major events, while coordinating with the Special Gifts Manager on sponsorships and cross‑department initiatives. This is a hybrid, exempt, full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a portfolio of small-dollar and monthly donors with equitable, community-centric fundraising practices.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and reconcile complex fundraising events and budgets.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and clear communication for donor engagement.
• Experience partnering with community-based committees or stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of major fundraising events, including Rebel with a Cause.
• Grow small and monthly donor programs and ensure strong stewardship.
• Develop engagement journeys to convert first-time donors into recurring supporters.
• Collaborate with sponsors and manage cross-team sponsorship fulfillment.
