Corewell Health Place - Grand Rapids seeks an Operations Specialist to join its Supply Chain Operational Excellence team. This hybrid role requires on-site work two days weekly, with additional on-site as needed for business needs.

The role focuses on developing and supporting communications for Supply Chain while partnering with leaders on programs, projects, policies, and initiatives to move work forward. Strong writing and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to draft clear messages.

Responsibilities

• Develops and edits internal and external Supply Chain communications, including plans, articles and presentations.
• Coordinates review and approval with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Supports policy and procedure collaboration and management within Supply Chain.
• Creates and maintains print and digital communications materials and supports internal web content.
• Provides project and operational support for programs and initiatives and tracks progress.
• Assists in planning and execution of events and related communications activities.
• Ensures communications adhere to Corewell Health brand standards across materials.
