Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a dedicated distribution specialist to manage inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery of supplies across the medical center. You will handle stocking, receiving, packing, and use handheld devices to maintain accurate records, supporting patient care teams.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred familiarity in supply chain or materials management and a willingness to complete orientation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Successful completion of orientation and introductory period.
• Supply chain/material management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requisitions by dispensing inventory supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
• Maintains inventory levels of supplies, materials, equipment and/or linens.
• Uses handheld computer or other methods to manage inventory and record data.
• Loads, unloads, and secures heavy cargo for delivery vehicles.
• Delivers products and/or equipment to requesting locations following safety guidelines.
