Job summary

Regal Rexnord IPS Customer Care Advocacy Internship Program is a fulltime, 11-week paid internship at our Milwaukee HQ starting June 2027. The hybrid model requires onsite work at least 3 days per week with up to 2 remote days, including Fridays.

Interns will gain real-world experience by supporting Customer Care, Marketing and Training functions, and by leading projects, analyzing data in Power BI, and presenting outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in business, marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Desire to learn and contribute in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to customer care projects to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer care data in Power BI to identify trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes.
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve cases via phone, email, or chat.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with company goals.
• Participate in training sessions to develop key skills like communication and project management.
