Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; mechanical preferred.
• 3+ years in project management for commissioning/building projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, energy efficiency, and building systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning and retro-commissioning projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality across projects.
• Coordinate client meetings and report project status to management.
• Prepare test plans, Cx/M&V docs, and other deliverables.
• Manage contracts, invoicing, and collaboration with finance.
• Support business development and proposal efforts.
