Schreiber Foods in Green Bay, WI seeks a Project & Program Manager to lead cross-functional new product development projects from brief to commercialization. You will coordinate with Sales, R&D, PLS, Supply Chain and Operations to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires a bachelors in business and 5-7 years of experience across related fields, strong communication, and resiliency. The position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) at the Green Bay Home Office with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain or Project Management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Resiliency and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Lead short and long term customer-driven NPD projects from Business Brief approval to commercialization.
• Serve as liaison to Sales, R&D, PLS, Supply Chain and Operations to meet expectations, schedules and budgets.
• Develop project timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource plans; manage risks and issues.
• Lead Pre-Trial discussions to define requirements and ensure documentation is in place.
• Ensure adherence to Schreiber's EPM process and manage day-to-day project activities with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate project status to leadership and respond to customer leads regarding commercialization progress.
