SeibertKeck Insurance Partners is seeking a Client Support Specialist for our Commercial Lines team. You will support daily processing of incoming and outgoing business, working with Account Managers and Producers to ensure accurate policy servicing, documentation, and account maintenance.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in Commercial Lines P&C, a current Ohio P&C license, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Two years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Current and active Ohio P&C License.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process policy audits and refer items to CAM per procedures.
• Review and process endorsements and policy changes for accuracy.
• Prepare endorsement summaries and supporting documents.
