SeibertKeck Insurance Partners is seeking a Client Support Specialist for our Standard Commercial Lines team in Canton, OH. This role supports the Commercial Lines Department with policy servicing, documentation, and account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and high-quality service for clients.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in Commercial Lines P&C, a current Ohio P&C license, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven

Formación

• Two years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Process policy audits and endorsements for accuracy.
• Prepare endorsement summaries and renewal documentation.
• Update policy information and billing screens in agency systems.
• Assist with pre-renewal marketing and renewal processes.
• Provide timely support to Account Managers, Producers, carriers, and clients.
