The role involves managing a book of commercial lines, renewals, quotes, and client education, with opportunities to grow into leadership. Actual salary may be higher based on experience.

Qualifications

• P&C license is required.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar management software is required.
• Minimum 3 years middle market and small commercial experience required.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and maintain discretion with sensitive information.
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology quickly.
• Open to feedback for performance improvement.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with clients and coworkers.
• Strong commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Solid admin and MS Office skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with active listening and problem-solving.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of existing commercial lines.
• Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies.
• Review existing book for cross-selling and account round opportunities.
• Document information in AMS360.
• Rate policies and complete all phases of the application.
• Prepare and present quotes to clients and prospects.
• Educate clients about insurance coverage options.
• Work with direct and wholesale insurance providers.
