MountainOne Insurance Agency in Massachusetts seeks a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support commercial clients and manage policy placement. The role is hybrid with office locations in Pittsfield or North Adams, and requires a MA Property & Casualty license plus several years of CL experience.

You will analyze exposures, renewals, and client needs, coordinating with producers and marketing, while maintaining accurate data and timely communications.

Formación

• 3 years of CL insurance experience required.
• MA Property & Causality Insurance Broker’s License required.
• Strong understanding of insurance work methods and procedures.
• Ability to present information clearly to clients and staff.
• 25% travel availability to report to any office within 25 miles.

Responsabilidades

• Actively perform exposure analysis and discuss insurance needs with clients by phone, email, or in person.
• Coordinate client service needs with Producers and Marketing Coordinator.
• Manage, underwrite and market client accounts as needed.
• Participate in renewal meetings and manage the renewal process (marketing, quotes, rating, placement).
• Document all communications with clients and carriers in the system.
• Address questions about policies, coverage and premium payments promptly.
• Visit clients as needed to review insurance portfolios.
• Issue certificates and binders according to client needs and regulations.
