Insurance Relief, a leading insurance agency in Torrance, seeks a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a P&C license and 4+ years in Commercial Lines, with strong client service and carrier relations.

Qualifications

• License: Property & Casualty license.
• 4+ years in Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Proficiency with management systems and experience with small to mid-size accounts.
• In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures.
• Fluency in English and Japanese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct contact with clients and provide excellent service.
• Consult with clients on coverage options and select appropriate coverages.
• Market new and renewal business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers.
• Review policies and prepare coverage breakdowns.
• Respond to inquiries from insureds about coverage, changes, and payments.
• Assist in gathering renewal exposure information with the producer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
