The ideal candidate holds a P&C license (CIC preferred), demonstrates strong analytical and client-facing skills, and can lead a team while ensuring top-notch service and policy administration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active property & casualty licensing required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities
• Resolve complex issues with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain policy expirations and renewals
• Prepare submissions, negotiate coverages and present proposals
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms
• Ensure timely completion of activities and clear workload communication
