Job summary

JL Connects LLC. is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in a hybrid role with two remote days. You will service middle-market accounts, address coverage issues, process endorsements, and handle renewals and binding activities from a centralized Massachusetts base.

The role requires an active MA Property & Casualty license, 3+ years in independent agency commercial lines, and strong organizational skills. Professional designations are a plus, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AMS360 and MS Office suite.

COMMERCIAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER - HYBRID (2 Remote Days)

About the Company

Large and privately held Independent Insurance Agency with offices throughout Greater Boston. With a 60-year history and a reputation as one of the best insrurance agencies in southeastern Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Daily servicing of middle -market commercial accounts
• Addressing coverage issues and handling all inside service work
• Endorsements, routine coverage questions, problem-solving, renewals, policy checkin and binding

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in commercial lines within an independent insurance agency setting
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Strong team focus and ability to foster effective working relationships

Relevant experience we would like to hear about

• Professional experience within an independent agency
• Range of account sizes and client industries managed
• Proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems such as AMS360.
• Current Massachusetts Property & Casualty License(s)
• Professional Insurance certifications and/or designations (e.g. CISR, AAI, ARM, CIC)

Pay range and compensation package

Compensation package includes competitive salary up to $150k depending on experience with annual bonuses, excellent benefit package inclusive of health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, paid insurance cources, This position hybrid with a mix of in-office and remote work days.
