We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to exceptional customer service. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, analyzing risk exposure, handling renewals, endorsements, cancellations, issuing COIs, and collaborating with the team on client retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial insurance, specifically in account management
• Proficiency in risk management, policy analysis, and renewals
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Expertise in property and casualty insurance
• Experience with AMS360 and/or AppliedEPIC systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities
• Property and Casualty license required
