Job summary

Boyd Insurance & Investments is seeking a full-time Commercial Account Manager in Florida with hybrid remote flexibility. You will manage a book of business for commercial clients, handling renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and market placement.

You will collaborate on marketing plans, create insurance specifications and timelines, and maintain strong client relationships by delivering timely, exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• 2-20 Property & Casualty License required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Experience managing a book of business including renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and market placement for commercial clients.
• Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, underwriting, and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Agency Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients and team members cohesively.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field is desirable, but not required.
